 Financial Planning Software Support Team
Wanted: full-time professional who enjoys helping financial advisors. As a member of the Support Team, you will answer, evaluate, prioritize, and respond to incoming phone, voice mail & email requests. In addition, Team members conduct live, web-based training sessions and work on various projects to improve the support we provide to advisors.

Candidates must have strong customer service and problem solving skills, work well independently and collaboratively and have a desire to be part of a cohesive team. Experience in the financial services / financial planning industry, related degree or certification is strongly preferred.

 Internet Software Developer
Wanted: internet developers for our financial planning product.

You'll gain experience in all aspects of internet software development -- from design and coding through testing and implementation on our production sites. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent programming skills who wants to contribute to all aspects of the development process.

Successful candidate must have the ability to work both independently and as a team player under the direction of Senior Developers, have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, a strong knowledge of .NET and C#, and be an adept problem-solver. Knowledge of investment theories and formulas, or experience with mathematical and statistical programming is also required.

 Financial Planning Software - Analysis Design & Testing
Wanted: analyst for research, design, and testing of our financial planning product.

Successful candidate has an in-depth knowledge of investment theories and formulas, is a good researcher, enjoys problem solving (see problems as challenges awaiting the discovery of a solution), is very detail oriented and able to work both independently and as part of our team. You will work closely with senior members of our design and development staff, and have the opportunity to have high influence and impact. Must have ability to explain complex financial calculations to our customers, and must be willing and able to handle the pressures of our fast-paced software development cycle. Bachelor's Degree in math, statistics, finance or equivalent is required.
